The artist’s latest visual is centred around the waters of his lakeside hometown, and premieres today on Crack Magazine.
Palazzi D’Oriente is a Maccagno, Italy-based DJ, producer and 72-HOUR POST FIGHT co-founder. This spring, he returns to the La Tempesta International fold for a new album entitled Sheltering Water. Ahead of its release, Palazzi has shared a new music video for album track Parallel (Cousins). It follows a previously released visual for single Gatekeepers.
The new video was directed by Giulia Bersani and Amos Pellegrinelli, with Giorgio Cassano and Nic Paranoia on-hand for artistic direction. Centred around the waters of Palazzi’s lakeside hometown, it’s a murky and mysterious visual with hints to the paranormal thanks to its hazy, documentary-like filming style and contorting characters.
La Tempesta International will release Sheltering Water on 16 April. Pre-order the album over on Bandcamp, where you can also pick up a variety of pre-order bundles. The special physical kits were created especially for the project and feature items like posters, a t-shirt, an exclusive action figure and a cassette complete with a personalised USB stick, which includes the full album, visual materials and an assortment of extras.
