Phonox has announced its next resident.
Sherelle is stepping up for the venue’s residency programme, which will see her play at the club for four nights alongside special guests. The first night will be held on 4 February, and the line-up features Fabio & Grooverider and Dwarde.
Hooversound will take over the venue on 11 February with a set from Naina, and a back-to-back between Samurai Breaks and Nova Cheq. Last year, Sherelle launched the BEAUTIFUL platform, designed to support Black and LGBTQI+ artists. There’ll be a BEAUTIFUL showcase on 18 February, with a huge line-up featuring Nia Archives, Tim Reaper and Otik.
Sherelle’s residency will wrap up with a night on 25 February, featuring former Collections cover star Loraine James and Taahliah.
Artists who’ve previously headed up the club’s residency programme include Ross From Friends, Palms Trax, Jayda G and Shanti Celeste.
