The multidisciplinary artist and rapper has shared the full details of his upcoming EP, Armour II.

Former Crack Magazine cover stars Blackhaine and Blood Orange have teamed up for Prayer, which also features Manchester producer Iceboy Violet. The Preston-born MC and choreographer – real name Tom Heyes – announced the release of Armour II last week with the first single Stained Materials. A collaboration with Rainy Miller, the new EP follows on from the pair’s 2020 record Armour – which they released via Miller’s imprint Fixed Abode – and Blackhaine’s And Salford Falls Apart, released last year on The White Hotel’s label Head II.

Alongside working with frequent collaborator Rainy Miller, Armour II includes guest spots from fellow Fixed Abode affiliates Moseley and kinseyLloyd. The EP is set for release on 10 June.

Next month, Blackhaine heads out on tour across the UK. He’s been confirmed for a Simple Things show in Bristol, The Great Escape in Brighton and dates in London, Leeds and Preston.
