FIBER Festival shares programme for 2022

The audiovisual arts and electronic music festival returns to Amsterdam this June.

The theme for FIBER Festival this year is mutation. As part of this, cultural hub Dokzaal is set to host an exhibition exploring the relationship between humankind, nature and technology which will be on for twelve days from the 8 June.

FIBER Festival has also announced the artists set to play its live programme. Taking place in Amsterdam-Noord from 16-19 June, Sofie Birch, Flora Yin Wong and Paraadiso – TSVI and Seven Orbits’ new collaborative project – have been confirmed for this year’s edition. There’s also DJ sets from the likes of CCL, Zohar & Laksa and CORIN. Elsewhere, at MACA the festival will feature a series of live audiovisual shows including a performance of 無形將軍 INVISIBLE GENERAL by Meuko! Meuko! in collaboration with visual artist NONEYE. Other acts confirmed include Thick Owens, BAKÁH, Zeno van den Broek and many more.

Alongside the music, the Dutch festival is set to host a two-day conference with talks exploring the theme of mutation. Day tickets for FIBER Festival start from €40 and full festival entry from €80. Individual tickets for evening performances are also available. Head here for further information.
