Lana Del Rey to feature on her father’s debut album, Lost at Sea

The singer’s father has signed to Decca Records to release his debut project, which is slated for release on 9 June.

Lana Del Rey’s father, Rob Grant, has signed to Decca Records to release the debut album, entitled Lost at Sea, on 9 June. Described in the album’s press notes as an “accidental artist”, Grant is said to have “never had a lesson on any instrument in his life. No kind of formal musical training at all… But when he sits down at a piano, something magical happens.”

Lost at Sea consists of 14 tracks, with Del Rey set to feature on Lost at Sea and Hollywood Bowl. Jack Antonoff, Laura Sisk and more contributed production to the new project, with Antonoff having worked with Lorde, Taylor Swift and Del Rey herself.

Del Rey is set to release Did You Know There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd on 24 March after delays, with Jack Antonoff, John Carroll Kirby, Tommy Genesis and more across 16 tracks.
