Nia Archives opened for Beyoncé in London last night

The show was the third London date of the Renaissance tour.

Last night, Nia Archives supported Beyoncé at Tottenham Hostpur Stadium. This marked the first date of this tour to feature an opening act. The UK jungle artist announced that she’d be playing as part of it yesterday afternoon prior to the show.

Beyoncé kicked off the London leg of her Renaissance tour earlier this week on Monday (29 May). She has two remaining performances of her five-show run at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with the final dates taking place this coming weekend on 3 and 4 June. Following her stint in the UK capital, Beyoncé will then head to Barcelona and continue with her European tour before playing across Canada and the US over the coming months.

The Renaissance tour marks the popstar’s first solo tour since 2016’s Formation World Tour and is in support of her seventh studio album which she released last July. The record featured contributions from the likes of Kelman Duran, A.G. Cook, 070 Shake, Honey Dijon and Bloodpop. The album won best dance/electronic music album at the 2023 GRAMMY Awards.

Earlier this year, Nia Archives released her latest EP Sunrise Bang Ur Head Against Tha Wall. It was followed by a remix version last month with reworks of the tracks from Mount Kimbie, Bakey, Special Request, Mall Grab and more.
