Forecast Festival comes to Berlin’s Radialsystem next week

The festival will showcase world premieres of the six participating artists’ work.

Forecast Festival is set to be held at Radialsystem in Berlin on 15 and 16 March. The event marks the end of the interdisciplinary creative platform’s 2023-2024 programme and acts as a space for the Forecast mentees to debut their projects.

The two-day festival will see artists, performers, writers and creative thinkers premiere their new works – which they have been developing over the past year with mentors – in Berlin. The mentors involved will also be presenting their own work.

Forecast Festival will include an installation entitled Infinite Warp and Weft from composer Carlos Guitérrez, a presentation of Aidan Jayson Peters’ debut collection of upcycled fashion and Gustavo Gomes’ documentary Manhandle. There will also be a display of photographer Mari Kalabegshvili’s project If You Catch My Drift, a performative project from Victor Artiga Rodriguez and a collaborative poetic work from Marcela Huerta.
