Italy’s Kappa FuturFestival has announced the stage splits for this year’s edition, which will take place from 4-6 July in Turin.
Kappa FuturFestival returns to Turin’s Parco Dora for its 12th edition this July. As well as its usual stages, the festival has introduced a sixth to this year’s line-up as well as 14 afterparties happening in venues across Turin.
The Futur Stage by Jägermeister sits at the heart of the festival and will host performances by Sally C, Seth Troxler b2b DJ Tennis and more.
With a focus on techno, the Solar Stage by Xerjoff sets the scene for sets from the likes of Airod b2b Anxhela and Nicole Lovera.
Known for its towering screens projecting immersive light shows, the Voyager Stage hosts Skream b2b Prospa, East End Dubs, and Anyma b2b Solomun.
The Kosmo Stage celebrates the world of music, art and technology with a selection of artists including Donato Dozzy, Lena Wilikens, Kerri Chandler and Octo Octa b2b Eris Drew.
The Nova Stage encourages artists to experiment and collaborate to create unique performances, with highlights including Ben UFO b2b Francesco Del Garda, Adiel b2b Quest, DJ Stingray 313 b2b Helena Hauff, and a live set from Floating Points.
Lab Stage, latest edition to Kappa FuturFestival, is designed to encourage improvisation and musical experimentation. The stage hosts STOOR, an immersive techno jam session run by Rotterdam’s Speedy J, welcoming artists to immerse themselves in its high-spec environment. STOOR will be hosting the stage on both the Friday and the Saturday, with two fully improvised six-hour hour sessions featuring the likes of Fjaak, Surgeon and Aurora Halal. The stage will be closed out on Sunday with performances by DVS1 & Traxx, Jane Fitz, and Drums and Chants.
