The festival, curated by Nina Kraviz, will take place across three historic locations this August.
трип to Sicilia returns to Modica, Sicily, on 22-23 August for its second edition, expanding into a full weekend following last year’s debut. Curated by Nina Kraviz and her трип label in collaboration with local collective Vallinote, the boutique festival will take place across the Chiesa di San Nicolò ed Erasmo, the Castello dei Conti and the coastal Punta Regilione.
Kraviz will appear twice across the weekend, premiering a new live show alongside a DJ set. Elsewhere on the bill are Actress (DJ) and Mala b2b Kode9, plus Vladimir Dubyshkin with a hybrid set, Terrence Dixon (live), Solar X (live), Praecox (live), Cerrot, Deniro, Dog on Acid, Franzizca, João Lágrima de Ouro, Noël Saavedra, Skorri and u.r.trax.
The programme begins at the Chiesa stage on Saturday with two live sessions inside the former church before moving to open-air performances at the Castello dei Conti. Sunday’s closing programme heads to the Lido stage at Punta Regilione for a final day of music by the sea.
Tickets for each stage can be purchased individually, allowing attendees to build their own weekend around one or all three locations. Final release tickets are on sale now via DICE.
