Beyond the Valley announces line-up for this year’s edition

The Australian festival locks in Overmono, Skepta, KI/KI and more for its 11th edition.

Beyond The Valley – Australia’s largest multi-day New Year’s festival – returns to Barunah Plains from December 28 to January 1. As ever, the programme spans dance music, pop, rap and beyond, with a balance of local favourites, crowd-pulling names, and rising international talent.

On Monday, 28 December, the event kicks off with a line-up headlined by powerhouse Dutch DJ and producer KI/KI. Other names include the emerging Naarm-based DJ bellxsxs, and Canadian artist Jayda G.

Tuesday, 29 December sees Nia Archives, Skepta and Armand Van Helden amongst its headliners, with Frost Childen and Naarm DJ scene favourite Su Yen 素 燕 also on the line-up.

Wednesday’s highlights include Boys Noize, Anetha, Mia Koden and salute, as well as Welsh duo Overmono.

On New Year’s Eve, John Summit will take care of BTV’s iconic New Year’s countdown slot, with a headline line-up that includes Australian legends The Veronicas and US artist Vince Staples.

Alongside the music, Beyond the Valley will again host multiple stages, alongside camping, live podcasts, talks and interactive programming through its Lounge Room precinct. New additions include a camping area called The Woods, while returning festival features include Dr Dan’s, the Dance Dome, Jack Daniel’s House Party, Red Bull Unforeseen and POOF DOOF’s Cirque Du Slay.

The Daily Aus presale begins on Tuesday, 4 August at 10am AEST, the official presale goes live on Thursday, 6 August at 6pm AEST, and general tickets are on sale from Friday, 7 August at 12pm AEST.
