DJ, producer and sonic archeologist e/tape sets a melancholic tone for this week’s selections.

Born in Bosnia and shaped by years spent in Slovenia, the artist has spent over a decade weaving threads of global cultures, field recordings and ancient melodies to build his sonic world. Having shared the stage with the likes of Midori Tikada, Jeff Mills, Monolake and Plastikman, and performed at iconic venues such as Fondazione Prada and the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum, e/tape’s unique perspective behind the decks is guided by his curiosity for exploration, taking textures from around the globe to create a journey through landscapes that have inspired him.

His Selections playlist is an extension of this exploration. With the theme of ‘echoes drifting between friends’, the playlist unfolds like an exchange of memories, with spectral voices and warm, drifting textures that invite you to slow down and listen.
