Listen to a playlist of Jyoty’s favourite summer Bandcamp finds

Jyoty wants you to have fun. The Amsterdam-born, London-based DJ and broadcaster has very much become renowned for her infectious energy over the years – both behind the decks and on air as a long-time Rinse FM radio host, where she has interviewed the likes of Princess Nokia, Greentea Peng and Robert Glasper.

Propelled by a tangible love for her craft, a keen ear for uncovering new music and an unwavering determination, Jyoty has continued to go from strength-to-strength since the viral successes such as a 2019 Boiler Room set catapulted her towards new ears. She’s played out at clubs across the world, worked with fashion houses including Prada and Burberry, launched her own club event series Homegrown and in April this year made her BBC Radio 1 Essential Dance Mix debut.

Ahead of her appearance at Helsinki’s Flow Festival, Jyoty has put together a playlist filled with upbeat and high-energy tunes featuring the likes of UNIIQU3, Anz, Badsista and Hudson Mohawke and Nikki Nair’s recent collaboration. On the playlist, she tells us these are “some of my favourite Bandcamp finds that I’ve been playing this summer”.
