On 7 April, Jazz Village and Harmonia Mundi will release an EP featuring remixes of two tracks from Tony Allen’s excellent 2014 album Film of Life, and we’re excited to be hosting the first listen of the African Man re-work from recent Crack cover star Ricardo Villalobos and Max Loderbauer.

The 12 minute long remix sees the duo maintain the original track’s warm, groovy essence while applying a sense of minimalist restraint. Check out the Film of Life Remixes tracklist below.
