Kode9 and XIII to perform at digital event C0C as part of Stone Island Sound

The organisers behind C2C Festival are bringing their C0C event project to Milan.

Last year, the team behind Italian festival C2C (formerly known as Club to Club) unveiled a digital event project entitled C0C. The project was launched with an aim to showcase and support local scenes and communities, with the next phase of the project touching down in Milan tomorrow (20 March).

Hyperdub boss Kode9 and Italian composer XIII are confirmed for the upcoming event, which is called ‘The Festival As A Performance’. It’s being presented as part of Stone Island Sound – an ongoing curational project from Stone Island and C2C Festival. In recent months, Stone Island Sound has dipped into releases, sharing projects like XIII’s Invers Solaria EP. It’s also added new instalments to its playlist series. C0C launched in Turin back in November. Across four days, C0C took over venue spaces in the city, such as the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Officine Grandi Riparazioni, Porta Palazzo, Fondazione Accorsi Ometto and Teatro Carignano. Later in the month, C0C visited Lunetta – a village in Mombarcaro.

C0C ‘The Festival As A Performance’ takes place tomorrow (20 March). Pick up a free ticket here.
