Tickets for next summer’s edition are on sale now.

Sónar has added 27 new shows to its 2022 bill. The festival is scheduled to take place from 16 to 18 June 2022 in its usual haunts: Fira Montjuic and Fira Gran Via.

Artists like Helena Hauff, Avalon Emerson, Venus X, Conducta, Scotch Rolex, Manara, Batu and more will head to Sónar next year for a comeback edition, of sorts, following the postponement of the festival’s 2020 and 2021 flagship events due to the pandemic. The likes of Kiddy Smile, Hudson Mohawke and Tiga have also been confirmed in the latest line-up announcement. HudMo and Tiga will present their new project, Love Minus Zero, which has been described as a, “four-handed love letter to rave and euphoric dance.” Elsewhere, Midland and Shanti Celeste have been locked in for a special b2b set.

They’ll join previously announced artists such as The Chemical Brothers, Arca, Oneohtrix Point Never, AJ Tracey, Channel Tres, serpentwithfeet, Joy Orbison, Richie Hawtin, DJ Python, Skee Mask, Eris Drew and Octo Octa in Barcelona next summer. More names and shows are still to be announced.
