The German festival has announced the second wave of acts for this year’s event.
VËRYL festival has confirmed Yu Su, DJ Tennis, Refuge Worldwide co-founder Richard Akingbehin and Aurora Halal for their 2022 line-up. Other new additions to the bill include AGY3NA, Gigi FM, Nice Girl, Ogazón, I$A and Lux alongside a Refuge Worldwide showcase.
Previously announced acts set to play across the festival’s two stages include Call Super, Moxie, ISAbella and Dauwd. There’s also Sally C, Young Marco and Carista.
VËRYL festival takes place from 11-14 August at Flughafen Werneuchen, an old airfield just outside of Berlin. Focussed on sustainability and raising awareness around environmental impact, the event is partnering with non-profit organisation Baumretter e.V. who aid individuals and cities to live more sustainably. This year, two euros from each ticket sale will be donated to Baumretter e.V. to support their work.
