King Krule recently returned with new music. On 13 April, Marshall shared new single Seaforth and announced that he’d be releasing a new album in June. Titled Space Heavy, the album is slated to come out on 9 June via XL Recordings. It marks his fourth studio album as King Krule and was written over a two-year period from 2020 to 2022. More recently, he shared the second track to be taken from the album, If Only It Was Warmth, which also came accompanied by a video directed by Marshall himself and shot by Peter Bishop.
Earlier this year, Marshall also teamed up with Jadasea and Pretty V under their collaborative alias Aqrxvst. The trio revealed the new project with a debut three-track release entitled Aqrxvst Is the Band’s Name.
