Profits from the ongoing series will go towards supporting grassroots organisations in Ukraine.

DJ and producer Courtesy has announced new project Merch Ltd. Ukraine. The series will feature specially commissioned, one-of-a-kind pieces from contemporary artists and creative directors. The first campaign consists of eight unique caps and proceeds from this first run in the series will be donated to the K41 community fund.

The first campaign pieces have been donated by Anna Gunvor, Betty Krag, Camilla Lind, Dima, Dim Ettra, Filip Berg, Katharina Schilling and Courtesy herself. Merch Ltd. Ukraine follows on from two previous fundraisers organised by the Danish artist. The 2022 project she ran saw Courtesy – real name Najaaraq Vestbirk – host a collaborative art performance at Berghain with Ukrainian performance artists Dima and Dim Ettra who are both involved in Merch Ltd. Ukraine as art directors. The first campaign will be released via the Kulør – the label Courtesy runs – Bandcamp page from 20 July.

In May, Courtesy announced the release of her debut album fra eufori. Due out on 12 September, the record sees the artist and label boss enlist Lyra Pramuk, Erika de Casier, Merely and August Rosenbaum as guests on the release.
