The Barcelona event has announced the remaining names for its 31st edition this June.
Sónar has added over 60 new acts to the bill. Amongst the final wave of artists there’s VTSS, Sevdaliza, Jennifer Cardini back-to-back HAAi and Richie Hawtin. Also joining the line-up there’s Tayhana, who will present Club Latinx, Laurel Halo and a collaboration between Aïsha Devi and Emmanuel Biard who will premiere their new work Les Immortelles.
Additionally, the main topics for this year’s Sónar +D programme have been announced. As an overarching theme, Sonar+D will explore how the implementation of AI technologies in the creative industries is shaping the future.
Previously announced artists locked in for the forthcoming edition include Jessie Ware, Kaytranada, Marie Davidson, horsegiirL and Blackhaine. Sónar returns to Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via, Barcelona, from 13-15 June 2024. Head to the festival’s website for tickets and further information.
