Kappa FuturFestival transformed Turin’s Parco Dora into a techno playground for its 12th edition, with heavyweights like Helena Hauff, Donato Dozzy and Surgeon on the bill.
Set against an industrial backdrop under the blazing July sun, Italy’s largest electronic music festival pulled out all the stops for its 120,000+ attendees.
Taking advantage of Turin’s rich industrial heritage, Kappa FuturFestival’s commitment to top-tier production and immersive visuals shone through across its six stages – including favourites like the Voyager Stage, Solar Stage and Kosmo Stage, along with the main Futur Stage and new addition, The Lab. Over 36 hours of music, 118 different artists performed, with at least 14 afterparties across the city pushing the energy even later into the night, hosting sets from artists like DVS1.
Friday’s highlights include sets from Lena Willikens, Donato Dozzy and Surgeon, while Saturday saw DJ Stingray 313 go b2b with former Crack Magazine cover star Helena Hauff, and Floating Points make his Italian premiere. The final day welcomed sets from the likes of Jane Fitz, with a closing set from Caribou.
