Welcome back to Selections, a series of artist-curated playlists from those in the know.

Peach is a staple of London’s dance music circuit. The Toronto-born artist and “snack enthusiast” – according to her NTS Radio bio – is best-known for her bright and dynamic sets, radio shows and, more recently, her cosmic production. Take her debut EP Galaxy Girl, which was released at the end of 2021 via Peach Discs.

Whether she’s holding court at cosy venues such as Corsica Studios, melting minds at Panorama Bar or mixing to the masses at festivals such as Junction 2 – where she’ll be heading in just a few weeks – Peach’s zeal for vibrant club music and proven crowd-reading talents are guaranteed to be on full display at all times.

For our Selections series, Peach has spotlighted an array of music she’s found and enjoyed recently. Curated much like a set – or even her excellent Crack Mix – the playlist commences on an atmospheric note before shape-shifting into club-ready territory.

Speaking on her track choices, Peach said: “For the club, I’ve found myself happiest recently [when] going between rolling, percussive tracks and more melodic cuts with good basslines. For at home or travelling, I’ve been enjoying some ambient, Jack J and – of course – the new Kendrick Lamar album – but that’s not on Bandcamp!”

Peach plays Junction 2, Trent Park, on 18 June
