The festival will hold a week-long celebration in Prague for its 15th year this September
Lunchmeat, Prague’s forward-thinking music and technology festival, has revealed its final programme for this year’s event, held across the city from 23-29 September.
Staying true to its signature blend of innovative sound design and immersive visual art, Lunchmeat has enlisted the likes of ambient artist Perila and Prague scene regulars Skalm, dējāvi and dné to play. New b2b sets come from Kumquat Tang & oolongbru and domizako & Exhausted Modern, while End Society (a.k.a. Petr Adamec and Ondřej Havelka) will present a live A/V show. Heavier sounds will be supplied by the likes of Mankiyan, while Theo will provide the dance and Brno-based energie will offer moments of stillness.
Previously announced performances include unique shows from Bristol’s Pinch collaborating with Lorem, object blue teaming with Natalia Podgórska, and Strangeloop linking with Machinedrum. Pressure Dome’s Yushh, Peder Mannerfelt, Lil Mofo, Breaka, KAVARI, and Sister Zo will also take care of selector duties throughout the week.
Lunchmeat is part of a wave of festivals redefining the future of multimedia performance, fusing cutting-edge soundscapes with the immersive digital art world. With a week-long takeover of iconic venues, including the National Gallery Prague and a free open-air stage by the Trade Fair Palace, its committed to delivering an experience that transcends boundaries.
