The Lyon festival returns for five days from 13–17 May.
Nuits Sonores has released the timetable for its 2026 edition, outlining five days of programming across daytime stages and nighttime venues in Lyon.

Wednesday 13 May
Daytime
Highlights include Heinali and Andriana-Yaroslava Saienko live on the NEF stage (16:40–17:35), Mala on the Soundsystem stage (19:30–21:20) and Gezan performing live on the Darse stage (20:10-21:00). FIP will also host a Radio Lab takeover (18:00–23:00).
Nighttime
Gabber Eleganza goes b2b with Yuta Umegatani at the Club stage (03:00–05:00), while Refuge Worldwide (22:00–02:00) take over Radio Lab (22:00-2:00) and Le Sucre hosts an audiovisual show from No Plexus (22:55-23:45).
Thursday 14 May
Daytime
Skream & Benga play the NEF stage (19:40–21:10), Craig Richards b2b Ivan Smagghe sits early on the bill at the Outdoor stage (17:40–19:40), and Nikki Nair will play the Soundsystem stage (20:30–22:30). FIP returns to the Radio Lab (18:00–23:00).
Nighttime
Highlights include Kittin with MCR-T on the Central stage line-up (01:30–03:00), plus Carrier live at the Club stage (00:00–01:00), followed by a set from Ben UFO (01:00–03:00). Tsugi Radio hosts the Radio Lab takeover (22:00–02:00).
Friday 15 May
Daytime
HAAi b2b Leftfield are on the line-up for the NEF stage (19:55–21:55), while gyrofield plays Outdoor (19:00–20:00), and Nazar will deliver a hybrid live set at Soundsystem (22:30–00:00). Seoul Community Radio takes over Radio Lab (17:30–23:00).
Nighttime
Omoloko is billed on the Central stage (23:30–01:00), while Optimo (Espacio) b2b Paula Tape headline the Club stage (03:00–05:00) and DJ Travella headlines Le Sucre (03:30–05:00). Rinse France hosts the Radio Lab (22:00–02:00).
Saturday 16 May
Daytime
Highlights include Deena Abdelwahed at the Outdoor stage (20:45–22:10), DJ Babatr on the Soundystem stage (22:30-0:00), and HHY & The Kampala Unit live at Darse (21:30–22:30). Saturday’s Radio Lab takeover will be from Radio Flouka (17:30–23:00).
Nighttime
Powell presents a live audiovisual show at Le Sucre (23:05–23:50), with closing sets from Ben Sims (03:30–05:00) at Central and GiGi FM at the Club stage (03:00–05:00). Stegi Radio takes over Radio Lab (22:00–02:00).
Sunday 17 May
Daytime
Closing day highlights include an audiovisual show from Batu with Leeza Pritychenko at NEF (18:15–20:15), a live performance from Emma-Jean Thackray at the Outdoor Stage (19:15–20:15), and Vril & Wata Igarashi presenting Phantom Circuits live at Soundsystem (20:00–22:00). Dinamarca plays the Darse stage (22:00–00:00), while Carhartt WIP Radio hosts the final Radio Lab takeover (17:30–23:00).
Nuits sonores Lab
Exploring the theme of In(ter)dependencies, a programme of panel discussions, workshops, masterclasses and more will take place from 13-17 alongside the musical line-up.
Highlights include: a round table exploring the independence of culture and the media under threat from authoritarian regimes (Wednesday), a discussion between artists keeping sound system cultures alive and thriving around the world, featuring Baalti and Roy Dipankar and hosted by Annie Parker in affiliation with Crack (Thursday), an artist talk delving into Iranian electronic scenes with Helia Kiani, Sina XX and Nesa Azadikhah (Friday), a discussion celebrating Latino-Caribbean electronic music with DJ Babatr, Edna Martinez and BClip (Saturday), and much more.
