Tailor Jae is a DJ and producer from east London. As informed by the vital styles traversing the capital during her formative years – grime and UKG, say – as she is 90s dance anthems, or wider sound system culture both in the UK and beyond, her sets strike a fine balance between killer selections and nimble technicality. 

Jae has previously described her high-octane approach as “genreless at heart but heavy on the bass” and her guest mixes on stations such as Worldwide FM and BBC Radio 1 attest to this. Her 2019 track Thief – a collaboration with London-based production duo Traces – is yet another example.

Ahead of this year’s Outlook UK – the celebrated Croatian festival’s debut edition on home soil – Jae’s curated a special Buy Music Club playlist jam-packed with the kind of hybrid club heaters she’d draw for behind the decks.
