All the tracks getting Show Me The Body fired-up on tour
Welcome back to Selections, a series of artist-curated playlists from those in the know.
Known for their blistering sound and unmatched energy on stage, Show Me The Body have become a pioneering force in the hardcore scene over the past 15 years. Forging their own community within the genre, the New York band are also behind the creative collective Corpus – a community effort that provides studio spaces for artists and throws parties for punks who like to dance to metal as much as hip-hop and glitchy beats.
Having been taking the party on a world tour for the past five months, next up the band are set to play at Outbreak Festival, with other acts performing across the weekend including Basement, JPEGMAFIA, American Football, Soccer Mommy, Beach Fossils, Mannequin Pussy and Action Bronson.
For Selections, frontman Julian Cashwan-Pratt shares a collection of tracks that have been keeping them going on the road. From alternative indie and post-punk to trap and plugg bangers, its a loud, eclectic playlist that encapsulates both the band’s influences and some of their favourites for the AUX. Tap in below.
Show Me The Body play at Outbreak Festival, in Manchester on Saturday 29 June.
