The “speculative autobiography” from the artist born Daniel Lopatin lands on 29 September.

Oneohtrix Point Never is releasing a new record. It’s called Again and is set for release next month via Warp. The 13-track project serves as a follow-up to the 2020-released album Magic Oneohtrix Point Never. The album has been compared to 2015’s Garden of Delete in a press statement, with Lopatin said to be meditating on his “musical identity during young adulthood from the perspective of middle age.” The album artwork features a sculpture by Matias Falkbakken, conceptualised in concert with Lopatin and photographed by Vegard Kleven.

In the years since Magic Oneohtrix Point Never, the US producer and composer has been in a collaborative mood, working with the likes of The Weeknd, the Safdie brothers, Rosalía, Elizabeth Fraser, Soccer Mommy and – potentially – Yung Lean.
